Return policy:

CLEARANCE & PRE-ORDERS-All Clearance & Pre-Order Items are FINAL SALE. Any promotional/flash sale items with a discount of 25% off or more cannot be returned and are FINAL SALE. All sales are final on seamless bottoms and hair accessories (including hats) and mask like items (cloth face coverings). This is for hygienic purposes and there will be no exceptions on these items.

We need to receive returns & exchanges within 30 business days of order placement and with tags attached. Anything after that can not be accepted. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn,  can not be taken back. It must be in its original condition.  

Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3-6 business days and at this time you will be issued a credit through your original payment method minus shipping charges. We are not responsible for the return shipping charges, but will gladly send a return label for your ease.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you believe you have received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 7 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for you to receive a replacement or refund. We try to inspect all items but can miss things. Please inspect your clothes upon receipt.

Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please follow washing instructions as we are not responsible for items that are not properly washed.
