Shipping:

Shipping is a flat $7 for orders below $75.  Orders over $75 are free.
All orders ship within 2 business days via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Return policy:

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, with tags attached and smoke free.

Exception to our return window: Items discounted 25% or more are final sale.

Returns will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method minus any return shipping fees.

We will gladly email a return shipping label so you can take advantage of our lower commercial rates.  Simply let us know you'd like one emailed.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you received an item with a defect we must be contacted within 7 business days of the date it was delivered to you in order for us to credit your account or offer a replacement.

We try to inspect all items but can miss things. Please inspect your clothes upon receipt.

Check Washing Instructions

Please keep in mind if the item that you purchased is HAND WASH ONLY, DO NOT wash in any type of machine. The delicate cycle or hand wash machines are not always guaranteed; sometimes items tend to shrink or bleed. Hand wash in your sink or tub with a delicate detergent. Please follow washing instructions as we are not responsible for items that are not properly washed.
